I'm looking to make up some .444 plinker loads (1,000fps) for my .444 with plain base boolits. Can a person load up small doses on AA-5 for something like that, or do you have to go to unique or bullseye?

I was just wondering, because mouse gun charges of AA-5 meter well, and unique and bullseye don't.

If not AA-5, then any other suggestion would be welcome

Thanks

BTW I put this thread in the proper section, and now I can't figure out how to delete this one. Would some kind soul please offer some direction to an electrically dislexic person??????????

i use a 200-250 grain cast and 10 grains of unique. Accurate and probably hard enough hitting that a deer would be in trouble if hit by it.

I use the 200 gr. Lee and 12 gr. Unique. Want a little more oomph and use the Lyman 240 gr. gascheck and 20.5 gr. BlueDot or 25 gr. 2400.

I use RCBS 240 SWC GC and 17 grs of Unique.About 44 mag velocities and kicks like a .22.I can often seen the boolit hit the target through the scope. My rifle is very accurate at 100 yards with ths load.
