Custom powder through case expanders/funnels for Dillon powder measures?

Who makes custom case expanders/funnels for Dillon powder measures for use with cast bullets larger than the traditional sized jacketed bullets for caliber? Something incorporating the "Lyman step" would be most desirable as well.

The Mr Bulletfeeder ones are nice, like an M-die, better than the Dillon funnels. If you're really needing a custom size Lathesmith is probably your best bet and probably just as good or better than the Mr Bulletfeeder funnels.
