Do many of you shoot this pistol? I like the alloy frame and the 9x18 makorov round seems easy enough to load for.

That's one I don't personally own, but I have two friends that have and love them. I've got an all steel FEG APK in .380, a very nice gun.

I have one but don't shoot it much. The light weight makes the recoil noticeable. I had trouble with the hammer and had to replace it. The hammer hooks was allowing the hammer to fall to half-cock when the pistol was fired. Trigger weight is heavy.
My magazines will not accept hollow point bullets. (Russian Ammo)The rounds are too long to fit so mine is fmj only. Ammo has doubled in price since I bought mine.
Accuracy is better than expected. I shot a 7"group at 25 yards offhand.
Unless cheap, I would look for something in .380 as opposed to to 9mm Mak.

FEG makes/made good guns. They kick all out of proportion for their power but function and accuracy are great. I've owned three.

I have an FEG in a 32 auto that is really a fun, low recoil gun to shoot.

Heavy draggy trigger extra recoil over the steel gun and a funny grip shape compared to a real PP. Upside is they work and they are cheap.

I have the Polish Radom P-64. Decent carry gun, especially for the price. As a plinker it is accurate enough, just not very pleasant to shoot. Recoil is just as bad as, and sometimes worse than, any of the small 9x19 pistols I shoot.

I had a FEG clone of a Hi-Power and it was a decent pistol. Not the most accurate gun I ever owned but not the worst. Very reliable, Hi-power mags worked in it, no complaints. The steel used was decent quality, the parts were well made the fitting was OK. Overall the FEG was a decent gun.

I got one yesterday. Decent price and I really liked the way it was easy to conceal. I shot some S&B fmj through it this morning; nice groups and good function. Will PP mags work in it?
