Hi Guys,
The wife got me a Hornady automatic powder measure.

I've been using it for awhile now and really like it, but have noticed that with fine grained powders that it has a tendency to overshoot the entered powder charge. I have the speed set to low and it still does it.
So... I took a 40 S&W case and drilled a .200" hole through the primer pocket and slipped it over the end of the powder nozzle. Now it works great and dispenses the correct charge every time.

Finally, a purposeful use for the 40 SW brass.

I have the RCBS charge master lite and I found that if I have a bench with ANY flex it throws off about 30% of the time.
BUT, I shored up my bench so it is a bit over-engineered and does not flex. Now it throws ON 100% of the time.
