I will pray all I can for you brother I have had plenty of them and recovered. 6 WEEKS AGO I STARTED HAVING SEVERE GALBLADDER PAIN. i had it removed pain reached levels i have never had before,went to ER had a CT scan and was notified i have cancer in every organ on my right side of my body. I HAVE TO BRING MY WIFE OF 28 YEARS TODAY TO HAVE A DOCTOR TELL HER THAT I WONT BE HERE FOR THE HOLIDAYS. I would rather take a bullet than watch what this does to her for I have accepted my fate she has not good luck to you all.

Father please be with Stan as he undergoes his surgery today. Please grant him comfort, healing and pain relief. Please remove any fears associated with surgery and clear his mind so that he can make the right decision as to the correct path that he needs to take. Father, Please guide the medical team that will perform this delicate surgery. Please guide them down the correct path so that Stan can be restored unto us so that he can continue to do Your bidding. AMEN

Prayers up for Stan. If he's as lucky as I was, there'll be little after pain, and they're awfully good at relieving the problem these days. I took very little pain meds (on the very mild side) after my first back surgery, and nothing but Tylenol after my 2nd (fusion). May God bless Stan with a great doctor and nurses. It's major surgery, but MUCH improved over what it used to be just a few years ago.

He came through the surgery fine - a four hour surgery because of multiple bone spurs as well. In a lot of pain the first night of course, but decreasing since.
