I've been playing with a Spanish Destroyer rifle.
Working on loads for it.
Having a problem with the sights.
With the front sight centered in the base, it shoots almost 4" to 5" to the left.
I drift the sight to almost the edge of the block, and it shoots center.
I did bore sight it, and it does seem like the sight is that way off.
Can the rear sight be turned to the left???
It looks like a regular Mauser, slide on the barrel, tube sight base.
I see no screws holding the sight.

If it is a "regular Mauser" the rear sight is not windage adjustable, however there are options for you. https://www.mojosights.com/sample-page/mausers/ is one option. https://brassstacker.com/mauser/Mauser-See-Thru-Scout-Scope-Mount.html http://scopemounts.com/index.html?instapics.html
I did this https://www.lymanproducts.com/brands/lyman/sights/lyman-57-receiver-peep-sights and had my M-48 Mauser drilled and tapped. Lots of options for you.

It's much easier to turn the front sight base to the left and it really doesn't take that much. I've done this with a couple Destroyers that shot to the left as yours does.

Remove the front sight from the base. There may or may not be a set screw under the front sight. If there is try to remove it but if too tight it may be soldered in place. Heat the area with a propane torch just enough to melt the solder and remove the screw.

With the barrel in a vise so you are looking at the muzzle heat the rear sight base/band until the solder melts and turn the base slightly clock wise. remove the heat and the solder will reset. I didn't bother putting the set screw back in.

Put the front sight back in centered and test fire. If too much adjustment is still needed the procedure can be done again to rotate the base more.

Harder to explain than to do.

Here is mine after it was initially rotated with original rear sight and then after rotating 180 degrees when I set the barrel back. It also was modified for an M14 front sight.

Is the barrel straight? I've run across more than one that needed straightening. Next are the sights dialled in correctly is the front or rear canted? The front can be unsoldered and straightened if necessary. Don't forget to look for a set screw in the base when canting.

Does the bore appear round when looking thru it. Egg shaped is a sigh of a bent or warped or bent barrel. also check for points bearing on the barrel stock handguards as these can cause shifts in poi. Salt is to look at the crown on the muzzle.

It may be one of several things are out of time. barrel rotation, front sight dovetail and mounting of the rear sight. This is really shows on garands M14/m1as and rifles with the rear sight on the receivers front on the barrel. Another good example is revolvers. Here a slight twist can make a big change.

I'd rather keep it looking factory.
Turning the front is how I got it to shoot on target, with the blade centered, but it looked funny with the whole thing offset.
I did check to see if the barrel might have been bent.
With the action out of the stock.
Used a straight edge along both sides.
No bend.
The muzzle looks good. No dings or out of round that I can see.
I want to see if I can move the rear sight to the left.
It would be less noticeable than the front being off set.
Is it soldered on????
There is a tiny screw on the top, but I think it's to keep the sight spring in.
