4-36 NC thread. What are its dimensions?

Have a hole missing a screw which I need to make.
Matched it to a tap from the circa 1950 Little Giant No. AA-4 tap and die set.
The tap which fits is marked 4-36 NC.
Googled and only found specs for 1/4-36 which is way lager in diameter. The major diameter of mine is less than 1/8".

Nominal diameter of # screws is found by the following equation: Nominal OD = .060 " +(#*.013"). In this case .060 + (4x.013) = .060 + .052 = .112
