Other than Freechex, what are my options for making my own gas checks? I'm good without them for 9mm and possibly .223 but for .308 I definitely want to be able to make them. Just curious what to consider.

Thanks!

What's the name of his store? His name isn't something I could find in the vendor area.

Thanks

Pat Marlin makes them and you can find someone in the vendors section. http://patmarlins.com/ If you want three of them be ready to spend $100+ for each. My suggestion is get one for the 308 buy the checks for the 223 http://gaschecks.castpics.net/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=1&zenid=f1hu2dpqiojq6hkdfeemh4nah3
and http://www.rozedist.com/mm5/merchant.mvc?Screen=CTGY&Store_Code=RZD&Category_Code=ZBJ-9MM for the 9mm.

Thanks for the replies and links. So essentially Pat's the go-to for DIY?

Thanks for the replies and links. So essentially Pat's the go-to for DIY?Pats is good, the other i havent tried. He has sales once in a while if you arent in a hurry. Making gas checks is a process and will take time to master, its worth the effort but buying them is worthwhile if youre not retired....

Nope, not in a hurry. And I'm far from retired. I work out of 4 offices and am in the process of buying a building for my practice. I can buy some checks and start cranking out rounds until Pat has a sale.

Thanks
