Has anyone tried the LEE TL-309-230-5R boolit in a 3006? Any COAL or load suggestions? Thank's

I've never tried that particular one, but seat it out to just, or almost touch the rifling should work out.
And use a powder recommendation from a slightly lighter cast boolit's minimum-ish, and maybe go up a little bit from there.

I would do the whole seat a boolit really high in a fired case and chamber one really gently to seat it in. Then go a few thousanths less than that.
Then in cast, take the fps of the charge and bump it up against the RPM calculator... Adjust charge/powder appropriately.
No offense meant to the OP, but this s a good example of why one should find a load in one's manual before purchasing any components, or molds (bullet, primer, powder and OAL, etc.). Many fewer headaches and time lost that way...
