Friend gave me a Lortone QT NR tumbler.
Dual drums.
It looks good, but it may need a new drum seal.
I cannot find a model QT NR.
Anyone know what the new model number would be????

Do a google for Lortone in Mukilteo, Wa. and email them.

It looks identical to a Harbor Freight tumbler (I read somewhere long ago Lortone perhaps made HF's tumbler)...

Took a chance and tried it today.
Used only one fo the drums.
.As old as it is, it didn't leak.
Ran it for 1 1/2 hour, and all was good.
Much more quiet than the vibrator and my home made tumbler.

I have a Lortone that is 45 years old and still works well. They are expensive but well made

I have a QT-N.R. The drums have MOD 6 NR cast in the bottom. I'm guessing That QT-66 drums and parts will fit your setup. If you feel the need you can get a QT-12 drum. They're around $100. I like the 6lber more better.

I trying it now with both drums.
Had to give it a nudge to get it started.
With the one drum, the motor was a little hot.
I'm wondering if that is normal, or the motor is just old.

when I use my my tumbler I have a small fan that blow on the motor from one end to the other. Does make a difference. the fan is one of those square flat ones you see in computers, though mine is 120V
