73 parts

Anybody know if the Uberti 1873 Winchester parts will work in an original 73?

Last year I began collecting parts to assemble a 1873 carbine in either 38 or 44 WCF. Have most of the parts but in need of a bolt/firing pin complete , lever and lifter springs and mag end cap.

These would allow me to complete this as far as shooting goes.

Also need the dust cover and keeper/stop as well as the screw.

Thoughts?

It is my understanding that all parts are interchangeable with the originals. That is why I bought mine. If they aren't then the makers lied to me.

I seem to remember reading the original dust cover and related parts will not fit a Uberti. But lots of parts for both available on Ebay.

The Uberti lever and lifter springs should work fine. I can't speak to the firing pin.
