I believe it does. I bought a 5k case on sale at brownells and mailed off the form from Winchester's website. Says it takes 8 weeks to get the rebate.

This thread reminded me that I had not submitted the CCI primer rebate. The offer purchase period ended6/30 but the submission was still going. Paired with a free hazmat and shipping I got 1 of the 5 boxes free.

Cutting out each bar code is a pain. 6000 primers- 6 bar codes.

The old Frederal ammo rebate was much easier. Done all unline with attached photos.

Hi-tech Ammo's not bad if you buy enough (CCI) to offset the hazmat. They have the best price on WC844 I've seen in a long long while too.
