Not really my idea of hunting, but I certainly wouldn't turn down an offer for a ride...

I spent the worst of the winter in New Orleans. Down there they hunt feral pigs in airboats.

Now that appealed to me. The 650-750$ per day price tag set me back a bit. Half of that and I'd of jumped.

A no walking
B Comfy chair
C Room for the cooler for food/drinks
D Room for more than one gun.

So you could in theory start with a 12 ga pump and buckshot, try slugs, then switch to something like a lever action .30-30. Maybe wind up with a .44 mag single shot.

Got an airboat down there? I don't mind paying 100$ up front for gas and expenses.
Add 50$ per hawg killed for a total of 400$ and I'd pull the trigger.
No beer while the guns are out but I'd buy a case after if we had a good day.

This is one of the things on my bucket list I want to cross off while still young enough to enjoy it.

A local father and daughter went on one of those hunts. They loved it. Benelli tactical shotguns and a fella sitting in the back keeping them loaded. Their advice was to start at the back and work to the front. Oh, and bring a pocket full of money. And it was worth every penny.

Most folks think using a tree stand is hunting. Using a helicopter is a mobile "stand". Just a bit more efficient time wise.
