Keep us in your prayers. Thirteen killed in the City Center. Four more in the hospital. One man did the shooting. 45 ACP with extended magazines and a supressor. Police are next door (Building 1, this was in Building 2) and responded immediately and took him down in 'a running gun battle'. Pictures of the perp's place showed three cameras looking out the windows - touch or more of paranoia?

If you haven't seen the news it will be all over. Our police chief promised to give the perp's name once and only once. Good man, good policy.

Everyone we know are safe as far as we know. No notice from the Church (I'm a deacon) but those in the hospital have not been publicly identified as far as I know.

I do pray for the families i know there is little that can console them right now. The only thing i can say that in this dark time of evil at least the gunman is dead.
Even though it didn't make the news like this did had several shot there last week.
