I have a large supply of lubed boolits. Now an I have been PC them. My question is can you size PC boolits anytime lets say a year after coating with out any problems? I have a number of guns that need different diameters for the same boolit size so I like to size them when I need them.

If they will go through the sizer, I guess you can do them like that. I cast, pc, and size on the same day because they get harder with age. Alot will depend on your alloy and whether you air cool or water drop.

If the coating is properly cured it won't be a problem. Like wheelguns said, the lead may be a little harder. I've sized PC several years after coating.

Just dont make em with a super hard alloy and you should be fine.
One way would be to size them now to the largest size you know you will need then size smaller as needed later

Smoke never thought of the 2 step sizing I am going try that method .I use a Star sizer with NOE inserts so it is fast. Conditor 22 it is not real hard alloy. Thank for the help.
