Stopped by my new WW source this afternoon. 3-1/2 months ago I picked up a 5ga bucket from him for $20, which was a good deal. Smelted them a couple of weeks ago and had an empty bucket, so I decided to go get a refill. Well, folks, the economy must be REALLY bad. He told me business had been very slow and over the last 3-1/2 months he had only collected 1/4 bucket of WW!
Fortunately, I won't shoot up the last batch he sold me for quite some time, but on top of the lead restrictions, the slow economy is really putting a crimp into WW availability. :cry:
Time to look for more sources. Four sources at 1/4 bucket each equals a full bucket and about 100lb of ingots. I'll take what I can get.
