Looking for a buttstock for my first year 336. It *had* a nice one on it, but Bubba, thinking that Bubba Jr would never reach full manhood, cut it back to lop of 12 1/2"...and not a good job...as Bubba was being his typical self.
The stock it came with was uncheckered, but nice walnut.
I'd like to find a suitable replacement, uncheckered if possible, can be straight grain.Nice old unmolested rifle other than the "customization". Picture is the original. Thanks.240787
