Honey bound

Went out to get ready for splitting my 14 bee hives. found out most of the hives are honey bound. Haven't had that problem before. Most of the brood frames have honey in them. Can I pull out the brood frames and process them and put them back in the same place? I also had to replace the queens in 4 of the weak hives.
Any fast cure for this?

yea xtract brood frames and return. If u were closer I have drawn comb supers for sale 12 each. getting out of the bees due to health and wife has 2 much to do without bees added on
