I'll take a guess. I use WC820, which is either AAC#9, or very close to the same burn rate. I also own two chronographs, and enjoy experimenting with the .454 Casull.
My guess.....1300 fps.
My basis: I use 27 gr. WC820 behind a Lyman 452651 that weighs 335 gr. ready to load. I own three .454 revolvers, from a 4 3/4" to 7 1/2" barrel length. In the 7 1/2", my loads chrono 1470 fps. avg.

I use 19 grs AA #9 behind a 300 gr RNFP. Data said 19000 psi, and 1300 fps. Don't get any better than that!

I think your better off sticking with aa9 at that level. Be sure to use a mag primer, preferably a cci 350. aa9 is like 110 in that it is a little tough to ignite and this especially shows at lower pressures. 2400 would be another good powder for loads at that level. Maybe even better as it lights off easier
