Starting a new thread, the old one is kinda musty. (i.e. I couldn't find it!)
Here's a YouTube video of a guy who's got it down.

He's using #2 Ramset loads, and I prefer to use acorn caps and a small charge of Bullseye, but other than that it's the largely same. Bullets and adapter cases came from Jack Harrison, who is also my source.
Jack tells me that his nephew's #4 Rolling Block is quite capable of taking a turkey at 100 yard!
