I have a canjar trigger with MSB-2 etched on side. It does not fit my mauser 98, and I cannot find info on it. Any one have a old catalog showing what action it is for?

I used to have a catalog. I will start looking. Does it have a side safety on it?

Wow. It is a fair amount shorter than a 98. I will have to dig out a 95 sr and see if it fits. I thought santa barbara's were all large ring actions. Thanks, learn something new every day.

My friend had a 788-1 on his left handed Shilen barreled 6mm and it broke like an icicle when set. And like a glass rod when unset. They made great triggers.

yup, it fits on a 95 mauser so it will fit on the 96 also. Thanks for all in put!
