Anyone use it for .45 Colt.
I just tried 8.0 gr. under a 255gr. Cast HP
Did well, about 1.5" at 50yds from my Win 92

Anyone with pet loads?

Brian Pearce lists it in some articles in Handloader usually at just under Unique data for the same bullet. It is probably a good choice as it meters so well. I'm sure someone here has used some of his data and will be along to share data......

Hylander, what did the load chrono out of your M92?

Looking at the Alliant 2019 load manual I’m estimating you maybe getting 1000 fps.

I was going to try Power Pistol in my 45 Colt, but the Do Not Reduce (DNR) warning put this beginner off so I went with Hodgdon’s CFE-Pistol.

Sorry, have not chrono'ed it yet, but shoots great. The load is not reduced, it is in the books.
Will try to chrono it next week

I've have a load that uses 9gr. of Power Pistol under the Lee 255 RF that shoots really well.
