what are the blue tips on the end of the Dillon primer PU tubees for...all the ones that came with my SBD have a clip...these do not?

If I understand your question correctly; the ones without the clips go on the machine and the ones with the clips are for loading the primers.

the blue tipped ones go in the primer feed tube [ the black one ]
and the tip is turned slowly untill it drops into place then the silver knurled knob is screwed back into position on top of the black tube.
the ones with green and yellow are primer pick up tubes these are inverted and the pin is pulled to fill the ones with the blue tips [through the knurled knob.]

the ones I just bought at a gunshow have the yellow on one side and the blue on the other side of the same tube????

SG, The yellow tipped tube is for small primers. You use the yellow end to fill and the blue end with clip to load the primer magazine. The green tip is for large primers.
