Looking hard at a rifle with both flint and percussion locks identified as "Homer Sales". Familiar with Chambers and L&R but have never heard of this maker. Any info would be appreciated

I had Homer rebuild a Bud Siler lock for me about 1995 it needed a new Frizzen fit t the lock. He put a Roller frizzen and new mainspring in the lock and it was very fast and reliable. At the time He was well known for building Siler lock kits and was highly recommended. I hope this helps. It was the lock in the rifle in my avatar.

Homer was an assembler for Chamber's locks for many years ( among other things he did ) I think he is mostly retired now
