One year (some 30 years ago) I was in a local library that had a table of old books for sale for a few dollars. I picked up an interesting one (too me) titled, "American Big Game Hunting" with a picture of a "Bison" embossed on the "old" cover. Upon inspection, I found it was written by Theodore Roosevelt and George Bird Grinnell and published in 1901. It is stated that the book is one from the "Book of the Boone and Crockett Club". It has a hand written signature (beware Millennials' - foreign language written in "cursive") that is: J. F. Jones. While Jones may be someone of "distinction", I am not familiar with the name; however, if any of you recognize the name, let me know! The book is in really good shape and an interesting read.
