3d bulk bullet co.

I purchase a box of 500 44 mag bullets today the box has 3d bulk bullet co. anyone know anything about them. thanks

If it's the same 3D, they have been in business since the 60's that I know about. They even had brass cases with their own 3D head stamp, they were an early producer/marketeer of remanufactured centerfire ammo in common calibers. 38 Special was the most common, as I remember. They did market swaged lead bullets as well. Markel was another brand that did the same thing at the same time. Ironically Markel was located in San Francisco. I was stationed at Pearl Harbor Hawaii in the 70's and we bought 3D and Markel ammo locally for our fun shoots out at the KOKO Head range.
I have a few 3D cases around here somewhere.

I got these at an estate sale. the box was still good shape and not brittle. swaged bullets are what I got. The lube grove seems thin to me and no crimping grove. have to load some and see how they shoot

I think they are folding up this year last gun show the fellow was selling out his stock.
