I had a digital caliper that stopped working.
Frankford Arsenal
It's old, but I wanted to find out what the warranty on it was.
Battenfeld Technologies replied.
After some back and forth about things to try fixing it.
They sent me a new one!!!!!!
It's working great so far.
It was an older model, so I was surprised they sent me another under warranty.

They are great. My chronograph started leaving out numbers on the readout screen (for example, showing 900 fps when it really was 1900 fps). I called for help and they simply sent me a whole new circuit board with the screen and instructions on how to change it out.

This is the first time I've dealt with them.
Never thought much of Frankford Stuff.
Maybe I am wrong.

When I got home yesterday, there was another box from Battenfield Technologies at the door.
I didn't open it, but knew it was another caliper.
Same box, weight, label.
I sent them a email about it.
They sent a reply that shipping must have sent it be mistake.
But since it was their mistake, I could keep it.
Talk about great customer service.

I can't locate another order but it sounds like we may have sent another by mistake.
As it was our mistake you can have that one as a back-up on us!
