I have been shooting competitively with B.P.C.R.'s for about five years. I shoot a 30 -1 ratio lead bullet over Black powder and a fiber vegetable wad. I cast my own bullets and want to know if the bullets I cast two years ago shoot the same as the bullets I cast two weeks ago ? Also how long can I store loaded B.P. rounds before the accuracy starts to deteriorate ?.

I find a "muzzle loading" section, but no "Cartridge Rifles" mentioned.

It's just a little higher up from the muzzleloading section.

The only problem I have with "old" bullets is that sometimes the lube will harden and pieces will fall off. I relube, load and shoot.
