Does anyone know if there is a correlation between VV standard powders and their high energy powders...Like if you have a load using VV 140 you can use so many grains of their 540 powder. Thanks.

Generally speaking the "5" powders load a few grains less than the "1" powders for similar performance so the data isn't interchangeable.
