Good evening, today I found in my local gun store an offer of lyman molds (50% off), I have a cz 550 varmint that I usually use with Sierra bullets, but I felt like buying one of these to see how it shoots. The cz is 1:10, so I think these are the molds that best fit the ones you have for sale. I really liked 311466, but I better listen to those who have already used these molds, remember that I'm going to use it with an Argentine powder gun that is similar to 3031
311466
311291
311332
311644
Which one do I buy?

I have had excellent results with the 311332, used this in a Ruger 77VT & a Savage Palma, it shot well in both.

Over the years I have used all 4 of the bullets in numerous .308W and 30-06s with 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14" twist barrels. The 311466 has given the best and most consistent accuracy in all of them. So much so that I have sold the 311332 and the 311644. I still use the 311291 in a couple 31 cal rifles because my Lyman mould with #2 alloy drops them at .312+ and they shoot very well "as cast just GC'd and lube at .312. I also have a Lee 6 cavity GB pseudo 311291 intended to drop larger diameter bullets for 31 caliber rifles. Mine drops them at .314 - .315 with a range lead mix and .316 with #2 alloy. .

I have 2 moulds for the 311466; a 2 cavity and a 4 cavity, both Lymans. It is still a favored bullet and often used is several 30 caliber rifles. I have to admit the NOE 310-165-FN XCB is performing a bit better in my M70 Match rifle though. Still, the 311466 is favored in several rifles.

Thanks to both, I think the 31332 has already sold, so I think I'm leaning for the 311466.
At what speed did you use this boolit for precision?
