When I mentioned that I had sent in an e-mail via the website a month or two ago he told me that he was glad I called, they have been having problems with their website with messages not going through.

Hey thanks for posting this. It reminds me that I had an unanswered question into them via the online form. I guess I understand why the lack of response.

I just got off the phone with RCBS regarding this same issue, just this morning.
I have three unanswered emails using their sites submission form. Your explanation tells it all. I've been waiting weeks for answers and nothing comes, but they never told me this.

But the good news is my replacement parts are on the way, and they didn't have a way to tell me.

I mailed them an old fashioned letter. Needed a replacement hopper for a Uniflow. In my mail today, they had mailed not one, but two.

I only call them. They are great and have kept my 12 Ga Grand running for a decade with FREE spare parts. It has loaded 1000s & 1000s of trap & clays loads.
