If you are like me you are always looking up conversions, sizes dimensions etc., I found a little calculator that may be of help. Also included is a chart that is VERY handy. In fact I use this chart probably 5 to 10 times a day. Maybe if you have some helpful charts or such you could post them here also:

P.S.
The metric conversion calculator is only 88k the whole program lives where you put it. It does not create links etc., I just place it on my desktop where it is handy.
The chart can be used online (I just have a bookmark to it on my browser) or it can be downloaded as a pdf.

For metric the SAE conversion I don't need a chart just a calculator. 1 inch = 25.4 mm .
Just multiply or divide to go from one to the other.

The one I remember to convert volumes is the Old Buick Grandnational, it’s a 231ci/3.8L/1gal engine.

I do have drill/tap charts everywhere I have the tools though.

For kph (1) to mph (.621371) I use a 5/8 conversion (.625) because I remember 5/8 better.
