That was my first thought (50 BMG), but the hole for dies is tiny. Looks to be smaller than standard dies. Maybe a removable insert?

It looks to me like a LEE adaption on a Redding Press. LMAO
It can not possibly be a 50BMG set up. not long enough stroke.

Whatever it is I doubt if it comes with the press from Shiloh.It is certainly not mentioned with the ad listing.

just received a answer from Shiloh
in is a inline seating accessories for cartridge such a 45-110 also used for compression die for black powder in these extra long brass....

if that is the case you would have to extend the ram
it is not shown in the picture
I think has you say a die at top and a ram extension would permit this operation
given a loading window large enough for long cartridge
