Lord I ask you today to be with all here , all have trouble in some way . Many are dealing with their own , family and friends medical problems . We gather here to support one another and give praise and thanks to you for your many blessings given . We pray together seeking your intervention in each others lives knowing you are our hope in all things . Guide us through your Holy Spirit to do your will in others lives through support and love . Strengthen and build us through you in understanding , help us in our weakness . Thank you for your many blessings in our lives daily and help us share them . Thank you . Amen

Yes we all have burden's of one sort or another.
Much of it we can lay at the Lord's feet and take up his yoke.

Matthew 11:29-30 29 Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30For my yoke is easy and my burden is light."

I have found it so, but laying down all those old burdens and worry's, concerns, that was harder for me. But once I managed to do it life got very simple.

Remember your family's, Mom's and Dad's, aunt's and uncles. A few minutes on the phone or a short visit means so much to those who love you. Just to let them know you are ok and thinking of them.

It is so easy to get so wrapped up in the world. Sometimes we need to slow down, sit by a tree, a stream, a grassy meadow and sink our roots back into the real world.
