heat it up again after putting a dab of bullplate lube on the screw, pour out the lead and let cool. If you still can't unscrew it use lots of pb blaster.
if you break off the screw head where you can't use it any longer you may have to cut off the head and remove your sprue plate then lay a nut over what is left of the head and weld to the screw, being careful not to get any weld onto the mold surface. You will have to take a wrench and turn out the screw while it's still hot but this works great.

how about warming the mold up.... and trying to work some lube back in there maybe gentel tapping.... without get'n carried away,,,

Used some Kroil and let it sit overnight and whacked the bejesus out if it with my hammer handle. Fixed it. Thanks for the advice!
