I know that this topic has been discussed before. For you guys with experience in this matter, are these boolits too pointy to use in a tubular magazine? The rifle is a 35 Remington, and the charge is 10.5 gr. of Unique.
Thanks for your thoughts,
Jeff

Not too pointy but probably too small; they are for my 52 vintage Waffle Top.

I’d fire them no problem.

The barrel slugged at .3565". I shot 15 358-429's that were sized at .358. They worked fine, no leading.

Swaged pure lead RN- I'd shoot them without a second thought. The old 150gr Rem CoreLokt is more pointed than those.

Those aren’t pointed bullets. There will be no issues shooting them.

Round nose bullets are good to go.

Swaged boolits so soft, don't push them too hard.

Wayne,
Thanks for pointing this out. I didn't realize the the boolits were so soft. I will shoot a few and see how it goes. I'll probably end up using less of a charge.
