Ordered mold 13 days ago. It is here and I have already cast some to find out they do indeed fit my Ruger #1. A hearty well done to Dan and thanks. Great looking bullet.

WOW!!! That's some speedy service! Did you get a custom design or one he already had a cherry for?

If I understand correctly
He CNC lathe cuts your mould from the design you made on line

My mould took just a little longer
But cast .0005 larger than I speced out

I can call that pretty good to perfict

AND both cavitys are round and DROP when you open the mould and within 1 -2 gr of each other :drinks::drinks:

Same kind of service here. I recieved one this week, in under two weeks from placing the order. Have only tried three loads so far, but have got it down to about 1.5", so is showing promise. I also have another from him, that shows good promise. Very nice workmanship. I highly recommend Mountain Molds.

I made one to look somewhat like the 457193 but with GC and different nose to fit the Ruger throat. The size is .462 and round. The weight is about 10 grains less than I expected but that can be adjusted with alloy used. Lead to lino leaves plenty to play with. Great looking bullet. Design your own, it's fun and if it doesn't work, you have only yourself to blame.

Dan did a terrific job on an oddball handgun .488 cal design. It is sure nice to have the bullets just fall out on the opening!!

I received the mold long before I expected it.
