Carne Asada tacos

Got the grill nice and hot with lump charcoal and live oak branches. Cooking up a mess of Carne Asada to feed 30 hungry Drill Instructors as I sit and look out on the ocean. Life is good.

We used to have one each year at 3Bn. Those not on duty with the boots, got to drink some beer, & have some good eats like what you are making & lots of BS-ing & fun!

Where I grew up in So Cal, it is a misdemeanor to use live oak for any purpose other than cooking.
