my lead gather came by and we swaped smelted lead for cast bullets--pretty much cleaned me out
went on a marathon casting session and cast 40 lbs of 200 gr .45 bullets
I do swirl, shake and dump method. Have a toaster oven that cost all of $20 at wally world
Each of my homemade metal trays I custom made to fit the shelves fully
Two batches of 2 tray each and last batches with 3 tray (sat one on top of another)
Cooked each batch for 20 minutes which means it takes 10 min to get to 400° then another 10 min at that temp.
All came out well and I am very pleased with results
