.45 pistol loads for 160 gr .452 slug

Just scored some 160 gr .452 slugs and don't have a loads for the 45 Colt or the 45 ACP auto. Didn't know they cast them that small. Do any of you folks have a favorite load for this bullet in either the Colt 45 or the 1911 auto. In Unique, or Trail Boss or the like? I might even try them in my 1873 Win replica...........
