I haven't made any of these for years now. The rising price of steel has made them entirely unprofitable.
The first batch I made was from stock I had on hand. If I had to go buy steel they'd be well over 100 bucks now :(
Inline Fabrication had some mounts that are solid, might investigate them

I'd recommend the under bench receiver system which allows for many and varied mounting of hand loading tools/presses.

I once owned a Hornady progressive and that press was mounted several inches above the bench top.
