Iīve read the sticky on lubs and it shows lots and lots of recipies, but some are for dipping or pan lubing. Could anyone help me by indicating which ones I can use through a Lyman 4500 lubesizer?

Just because the person that wrote the recipie uses it for pan lubing doesn't mean you have to, most any of them can be used in a lube sizer, some will require heat, some won't.
Most are general purpose lubes, but some are application specific.
I have made the felix lube and use it for all rifle loads, and can be used for pissol boolets too.
I also have a couple of pounds of alox 2138F and beeswax which will make NRA 50/50, I want it a little stiffer so will make 60/40 for them pissol boolets.

Home-brewed Emmert's (black powder), Felix Lube, 50-50 NRA lube, e.g., Javelina, and Lyman Super Moly will all flow through your 4500 at temps. as low as 50 - 55 deg.F However, the Super Moly has got to be the messiest and one of the priciest bullet lubes extant.

I haven't experimented with the various (formula) lubes much at all. The first lube that I made/used was Felix. I haven't had any reason to move on as leading is non existent now.

Works good in 45/70, 45acp, 44mag, 38spl & 9mm.

No heater required with the RCBS Lube Sizers. Will work fine in yours.

Thank you all for your replies.It's courious you mentioned Super Moly,I've just finished the last of the 20 sticks that came with my lubsizer (bought it from a friend that never finally got into casting,now he buys my bullets) and you are so right, i'ts as messy and sticky as can be.

Papucho, I forgot to write the other day that hard lubes (commercial) and Felix Lube can be softened by adding ~1 tablespoon at a time of petrolatum (e.g., Vaseline) or ATF and remelting them. Just be careful not to overheat them. You can then pour or ladle the molten lube into your #4500. (Warm it with a hair dryer first if it's in an unheated room).
