I know it's a pistol mold but I've been shooting it in the 7.62x 39 and 7.62c54 Russian. With my range scrap alloy it comes out about 312 to 313 diameter. I just roll them in Lee liquid alox slightly thinned with mineral spirits and load them up.
These two groups are with a bone stock 1943 91-30 Nagant with iron sights at a 50 yards. The load was 6 grains of unique and a Winchester large pistol primer.
With the sight setting at 5 it was dead on at 50 yards and when I put it at 7 it was dead on at a hundred. I was too lazy to get the coronagraph out but I'm guessing right around 1200 feet per second.

H&G molds cast like a dream. The Craftsmanship is unbelievable, especially going back to that day and time.

The workmanship of the H&G Company is amazing. I feel privileged to own several of their handgun molds. This is a photo of a bullet from the H&G 7mm #80 mold that I looked for for several years, finally deciding I would never find one, then one day there it was.

The first hensley and Gibbs mold I owned I ordered from them in about 1983. It was the 503 44 bullet .They were in Murphy Oregon at the time and it took a little over a month to get the mold. They sent me a letter saying it was going to show up and never showed up. UPS showed they delivered it but I never got it. So I filed a claim and I was in process of having them make me another mold when my elderly neighbor lady showed up to my door with a box saying she had forgotten a month-and-a-half ago she had picked it up off my doorstep because she was afraid somebody was going to steal it! So my first hensley and Gibbs was kind of interesting

I've had a WTB ad running for a couple of years, searching for a couple more H&G molds. I also browse EBay pretty often. Maybe it will happen this year.
