If you only had a snubbie there, your life would be complete.

Not certain vis the DW Model 13, but, for their 15 series you can put barrel/shroud combos on the frame from two inch to 15 inch barrels. And, from what I hear, they are inherently accurate firearms. A fellow at range has a DW case, their "Pistol Pack", which has the revolver and three or four (?) extra barrels in it, as well as replaceable sight inserts, extra grips, and requisite tools to swap sights and barrels. Perhaps you might check some of the on-line auction sites? Barrels can be purchased without any license requirements, and you may just be able to find a 3"er for your DW. The fellow I know who has one claims it to be the BEST revolver in his stable!

You can. I had a pistol pack before. I love DW’s and they are awesome revolvers. It would have cost me $150-250 for a 4” barrel and shroud. I just paid $330 for that 13-5 so I got a 4” 357 for just a few bucks more.

The Model 13 in 3" I was referring to was a S&W, it has a heavy barrel like the 4" he showed. I am not sure if they made it in a 2" snubbie but I think maybe they did. The 3" is kinda rare, being made in low numbers. I have one in the 13-2 persuasion and love it. It has a super smooth action on it. For a defensive pistol, I don't really like adjustable sights, I can pick up the sights a little quicker with the non-adjustable type. Just me I guess, james

I want a short barrel revolver to ankle carry. Something with a hammer, 2” barrel, 38 or 357
