Military Bolt Action state shoot off is this Saturday. Not everyone shoots cast boolits, I can't understand why, but some don't.
Match is hosted by Oil Capital Rod and Gun Club, north of Coweta (east of Broken Arrow). In years past, this has been a well attended match with MANY FINE rifles, and MANY FINE shooters. Good people all. I am looking forward to it. Hoping to see all my friends from all over the Great State of Oklahoma!!!
This evening, I am weighing and prepping my batch of 314299 boolits for the match, size to .312 and loobed with FWFL and Gator checks, to be shot in a rack grade CMP issued 2-groove 03A3 that has served me well. It will be my standard match load of 21.0/IMR4227 in many times fired LCNM78 cases and Rem 9 1/2 primers.
The wx has turned off nice, so I'm hoping for a good day.
