God answered a large prayer for us.

Wifes pregnant. With all her health problems, endo being one of them, and pelvic floor disofunction being another, she's been praying a long time for it. Went to the doctor today, she had her hopes up cause she was late.

Wonderful news! I will always recall how Edith and I had wanted children, but for several years nothing. Finally we turned it over to God and stopped worrying about it. Came the morning at breakfast when she announced "I might be pregnant!" I just laughed and told her "you are, and it's a boy." "How do you know?" "Because He told me." Sure enough, at the appointed time Sean came into the world. Didn't get any warning on my daughter, but that's another story. Any way you figure, children are a blessing. GW

Thank you everyone! Some of you might not know about her health problems. And, we wasnt sure if we'd ever have a child. Its the thing she wants the most out of life except for serving the Lord of course.

Found out the other day it's a boy.

She still has bad morning sickness. She gets sick from moving and smells. She pretty much lays around. I pretty much do everything. The only real difference between now and prepregnancy is she's nauseous all the time. She used to tidy up some and walk her dog, but stopped that. Her bowel problems and other problems were pretty bad but now are worse. She cooks occasionally still. She didn't cook a lot before though.

The smell of smoke bothers her. She smells smoke and pukes. We heat with wood.... Or we used to. Now we use an electric heater and freeze bout half the time when it's cold.

Coffee bothers her, I keep it in the yeti and drink it somewhere other than near her.

We're happy to be pregnant, but the medical problems that were pre existing and then the new conditions brought on by pregnancy are pretty hard on both of us.

I am expecting to have to not only take care of her, but also the baby when it's born. I got mommas help some, but mostly it's all on me. I'm hoping that having the baby will make her "feel" better.

I appreciate prayers for us and the situation.
