I bought a muzzle loading rifle which did not have the manufacture name on the gun. After digging around on the internet
I came across a two page pdf which gave me the info I needed. My gun was made in 1989 by Armi San Paolo which is now Euroarms. I then sent off an email to Euroarms asking for some info on the gun. Here is the link to the pdf.

Wasn't Euroarms bought by Pedersoli?

Yes, I believe that Euroarms was bought out by Pedersoli, at least the remaining machinery.

It was something that Pedersoli had announced.

At the time folks were hopefully awaiting the reintroduction of the Euroarms Rogers & Spencer revolver some day, but it hasn't happened yet after all of these years.

And many folks need replacement parts for them.

It wasn't that Pedersoli ever announced that they would bring the R&S revolver back, but many assumed that they would.

Perhaps Pedersoli bought Euroarms out to make sure that no one else would buy the Euroarms machinery and resume production of N-SSA approved muskets & other guns.
