H&R youth stock

There’s a 7-08 H&R locally for a good price. But it’s got a plastic stock, which I can’t stand. There’s wood pardner stocks on ebay, but from their descriptions it sounds like they come off shotgun receivers.

Would they work to replace the plastic on the 7-08?

Ha. Nice. I’m the only bidder on a set on gunbroker. That ends Fri. If I don’t win I’ll check to see if you still have it.

I ended up getting the rifle, the cheapy scope that came on it and a sling for $220. Rifle looks to be in perfect shape and the guy said he’d fired less then a box thru it since he bought it new.
