I've cleaned it up and I got a heater plate. Anyone here ever mounted a Lyman 45 to the Lyman universal heater plate? I don't want to drill into the heater element. Anyone have a 'template' that shows the location of the heat element? If anyone has a manual, or if you can direct me to a .pdf manual somewhere on the 'net, I'd appreciate it.

Here is a file for the user manual. https://www.lymanproducts.com/media/user/file/2/7/2749856_2745898_heating_element_115v-230v.pdf

It doesn't show the element but the cord comes in from the side near the front and has to be located under the lube well of the press.
If the holes on the 45 do not need to be located in that area, you should be fine.

Thanks Tazman, I sent a request to Lyman just in case. I really need to know where that heat element is in the plate. Haven't heard back from them yet.

The second page of reviews on the Midway website discusses mounting a Lyman 45 and Lymans recommendations. It won't be a problem.

Thanks Ken, that's sounds like what I need. Going there right now.
