sw pa gunsmith

hi, i need a referal to a gunsmith in sw pa, north west of pittsburgh. i live aleppo twp, allegany co. i have a h&r om trapdoor that i want a barrel mounted rear sight attached. but i can not find a gunsmith locally. i had a great one but he retired a month ago. i can do some things but drilling into a barrel scares me. any ideas? thank you all irishtoo
